‘Tis the season for the Flu, what better way to make a person feel better is a bowl of hot soup. Keeping your health during the colder season is essential to be able to experience the best the season has to offer.

The soup featured is a Korean soup with Ox-tail pieces and a milky white broth, pronounced Korritang. It’s comfort food and the traditional medicinal food in the Korean culture. I personally enjoy it and advocate for those to try out of your comfort zone. You might find a staple that you’ll be glad you tried out for the first time.
