With the hustle and bustle of college life and/or work life, we all need to take a break and take some fresh air. See nature as it is.

During the midst of a stress-filled week, I took a hike to clear my head and to break down the writer’s block that happens to come with stress. Along the hike, I came across a pool of water, about knee-high, and a waterfall that filled it. I risked dropping my phone in the pool, but it was refreshing to splash around in the pool. Go take a hike when things get difficult and stressful. You’ll get exercise and some fresh air.

“Nature is one of the most underutilized treasures in life. It has the power to unburden hearts and reconnect to that inner place of peace.” Quotation from Janice Anderson, author of Offbeat Enlightenment.
